Return from Hiatus

Posted on September 1, 2025September 10, 2025 by Tech Law Forum NALSAR

After a long hiatus, the Tech Law Forum is delighted to announce its return. We are once again opening our platform to fresh perspectives, critical analysis, and thought-provoking commentary, on a rolling basis, on all things related to Technology Law, with a special emphasis on developments in India.

The Forum is dedicated to fostering meaningful discussions and debates on the intersections of law, policy, and technology. Our goal is to create a space where students, academicians, and practitioners can come together to engage with contemporary challenges, from data protection and digital governance to artificial intelligence, competition law in digital markets, fintech regulation, and beyond.

We invite original, insightful submissions that contribute to the growing discourse in this evolving field. Whether you explore emerging legal questions, analyse case law, or comment on policy developments, the Forum welcomes your work.

Submissions may be sent via this form ONLY.

We look forward to your contributions and to building a vibrant community of voices at the forefront of technology law.
